Miley Cyrus is releasing a music video for her song “Who Owns My Heart” in Europe soon and was recently filming for the video in Detroit, Michigan! Detroit happens to be the same place she is filming her new movie with Demi Moore, "LOL: Laughing Out Loud".
While Miley will not be releasing the song as a single in the US yet, fans in the United States can be on the lookout for Miley’s song “Two More Lonely People” to be her next single.
