Selena Gomez to Perform at Z100's 2010 Jingle Ball!

Z100 has just announced on their website that one of the performers at this year's Jingle Ball will be Selena Gomez! The only other performer announced so far is Katy Perry, but many people are speculating that the person to the right of Selena is Justin Bieber!
